Pridmore has grown substantially since our startup as a distributor over 25 years ago in Tom Pridmore's garage, to become one of the key players in passive distribution in Florida and the southeast today. Tom's background as a Research Engineer, QC Manager, Product Manager, Division Manager, and Sales and Marketing Manager at such industry giants as Westinghouse Research Labs, Westinghouse Semiconductor, and ITT Semiconductor has contributed greatly to our strengths.

The new millenium brought growth and changes to Pridmore Corporation. In 2000, Tom transfered ownership to his daughter, Jan Pridmore. She joined the business in 1993 and has been General Manager since October 1999. Her responsibilities at Pridmore have included system administration, MIS, finance, and general management. Two long time employees were promoted, and acquired equity interest in the corporation, in 2002. Jane Cardenas, previously Vice President of Sales and Marketing, moved to the position of Chief Operating Officer, and Diane Roberts, previously Accounting Manager, to the position of Chief Financial Officer. Pridmore President Jan Pridmore said, "Jane Cardenas and Diane Roberts have displayed outstanding commitment to the success of Pridmore Corporation, and my father (company founder Tom Pridmore) and I felt that inviting them to join the ownership of the company was an appropriate way to recognize their contribution. We are confident that this expanded ownership structure is a positive step to ensure the long term continuity and success of Pridmore Corp."

Tom's legacy continues today with our current employees. Under his guidance we've built a strong reputation for service to customers, competitive prices, and a sales staff that prides itself on knowing components.
